Reporting to: The Production Director
As a cabinet maker you will be working as part of a small team managed by a foreman. You will work on a variety of projects on your own and as part of a group. The types of project will vary from small individual pieces to large architectural installations and in many styles from contemporary to historic.
It is essential that the successful applicant has high-level practical furniture and joinery skills an understanding of design and a fine eye for detail combined with excellent planning and interpersonal skills.
The company has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality on time and you will need to be committed to achieving targets that may involve additional work outside of normal working hours.
You will take a great deal of personal pride in your abilities and conduct yourself in a professional manner. You will be expected to be well-groomed, self-motivated and comfortable in communicating ideas to colleagues and customers.

Standard working week 37.5 hours
Basic salary commensurate with experience, but in a range from £23,000 to £30,000
28 days annual leave (inclusive 8 statutory days)
