Reporting to: The Project Director

The Receptionist/Administrator primary role is to answer all incoming calls, receive and welcome visitors/clients in a polite and friendly manner. To maintain a highly professional image of the Company at all times.

This role will also encompass general administration and secretarial duties as well as specific tasks as directed by the Production and Installation Department.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

You will take a great deal of personal pride in your abilities and conduct yourself in a professional manner. You will be expected to be presentable, self-motivated and comfortable in communicating ideas to colleagues and customers.

Standard working week 37.5 hours
Basic salary commensurate with experience
28 days annual leave (inclusive 8 statutory days)
