Advice to budding interior designers

Having been approached a few years ago by the KLC School of Design to provide support for their students, Neil continues to provide interesting and insightful lectures on the subject of specifying joinery and furniture to their cohort twice a year in February and May. The talks cover all aspects of specifying and ordering furniture, specifically the aspects relevant to the students so that as newly qualified designers can avoid many of the common mistakes others might well fall foul of. Hopefully they'll remember us when the time comes to commission a piece of work for a wealthy client, but if not, we're happy to have supported another new generation of budding interior designers.

KLC School of Design"Neil visits KLC each year prior to a particularly challenging project, and his lecture really helps the students put things in context. His experience, attention to detail and professionalism inspires the students and reminds them of what's important as a design professional. The fact that he's just a really nice guy helps too…!"
